Mission
Our mission is to empower women and girls in Tonga by providing them with opportunities, resources, and support to excel in ICT, STEAM, Technical fields, thereby fostering gender equality and contributing to the social-economic development of Tonga.

Empowering women and girls to engage with information and communication technologies (ICT’s) in a range of exciting ways and fully participate in the ICT industry.

Vision
To allow women and girls to enter the ICT industry without fear of discrimination nor persecution, thus giving them equal opportunity to impact the industry for the better.

Tonga Women in ICT (TWICT) is a passionate movement of tech-driven women and allies working to bridge the digital divide in Tonga. From cyber safety awareness in schools and communities, to STEM programs, digital literacy, policy advocacy, and mentoring — we empower girls, women, and vulnerable groups to thrive in the digital age and shape a resilient, tech-ready future for Tonga.
