Cyber Safety in Tonga

"Creating a Safer Digital Tonga – One School and One Community at a Time"
Tonga Women in ICT is leading the movement for Cyber Safety awareness across Tonga. From primary and secondary schools to remote communities, we’re equipping children, youth, parents, and teachers with the knowledge and tools to stay safe online. Through interactive workshops, real-life scenarios, and culturally grounded storytelling, we break down threats like cyberbullying, scams, and online predators into simple, relatable messages.

Our outreach has even reached the outer islands—like Hunga in Vava‘u—ensuring no one is left behind in the digital age. We believe cyber safety isn’t just a tech issue—it’s a life skill. TWICT is committed to building a digitally aware, cyber-smart generation that can thrive safely in our connected world.
